Résumé

What is the unity and the difference between the respective activity of trainers on the spot and about trainers in the formation center when they work about situations observed in the classroom or those reported by people in training? Such is the main question to which we try to find an answer in this article. From a theoretical point of view, we rely on training sciences and the work which particularity is to specify the concepts on which we ground our approach to research. To investigate the activity of teachers trainers, we summon up the observation «in situ» and the approach of simple autoconfrontation talks.
