Teaching methods in formal lessons: an exploratory analysis

Résumé
This article aims to identify the pedagogical methods favored by university teachers in lectures in the undergraduate cycle and to study the links maintained with their transversal skills. The analysis is based on declarative data collected through an online survey of nearly 248 teachers at a French university. It turns out that despite the implementation of a variety of methods, the lecture remains predominant in the lecture. Creativity and teamwork are transversal skills that are significantly linked to the teaching methods of teachers.
