Résumé
This text presents the process of developing an ethical frame of reference in an elementary university school. Resulting from an action-research project involving the collaboration of all members of the school team (n=46), educational consultants (n=3) and university researchers (n=6), this framework allows each participant to become aware of himself and of others. It highlights the importance of professional principles, values and the place of the student at the centre of administrative and pedagogical decisions. Finally, the use of the framework lays the foundation for healthy communication where everyone’s understanding and collaboration becomes easier.
