Résumé

A survey was submitted to teachers in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation (N=143) in December 2021 in order to measure their level of well-being through Seligman’s PERMA model (2012) (including positive emotions, engagement, positive relationship, meaning and accomplishment) and their level of positive psychological resources, using the Psychological Capital (PsyCap) model (including hope, self-efficacy, optimism and resiliency) (Luthans & Youssef, 2004). The results show that the two concepts are well linked. In addition, they allow to sketch a profile of teachers, marked by a strong sense of self-efficacy, hope, meaning and commitment, alongside a low optimism and sense of accomplishment.
