Education under Coalition avenir Québec’s government: to a political muzzling ?

Résumé
This article suggests an analysis of the scholar system vision that is shown by Coalition avenir Québec (CAQ)’s main figures in the field of education, who are François Legault, Jean-François Roberge et Bernard Drainville, to understand ideological roots of Bill 23. Drawing on historical method and content analysis, the approach tends to raise several elements of continuity through theses political figures’ vision regarding education, for example, the seek for efficacity. However, there’s also breaking points, as the abandonment of the change’s legitimation oriented on a decentralization of the governance scheme.
