Résumé
This article analyses a distance learning program that was implemented on the WhatsApp platform during the COVID-19 health crisis. The results which have been collected with the questionnaire, the literature review and the focus groups provide empirical evidence of the teaching/learning potential recognised to the WhatsApp application (Attenoukon et al., 2016). However, the difficulties of adaption of the actors of the school system still constitute obstacles to the emergence of a model of alternating training. Continuous training therefore remains a categorical imperative for the heroes of the pandemic to become “techno-educators” aware of future innovations.
