Résumé
This study is part of a wider research aiming to understand the responsibilities, roles, and challenges of pedagogical counsellor (PC) working in the Quebec Francophone higher education system. The article describes the professional context of PA and the activities they carry out in this context. The analysis of 195 questionnaires establishes an exhaustive list of practiced activities, revealing similarities between the college and university sectors. Due to their versatility, PC are faced with a significant fragmentation of their working time. The results suggest relieving PC to better support institutional transformations in organizational, pedagogical, and digital aspects.
